View answerThe 2015 Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) application in respect of the person named was received on 29 May 2015. Following the processing of this application, small over claims were identified on the parcels claimed. This resulted in no financial impact on the herd owner's 2015 BPS payment. An official from my Department will contact the person named directly to clarify the position.
In addition, my Department has been dealing with a 2017 BPS query from the Deputy regarding the same applicant, and this process is on-going.
