150. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Education and Skills when a determination will be made in respect of an application for additional school accommodation made by a school (details supplied) in County Donegal; if his attention has been drawn to the lack of facilities available at the school and the negative impact this is having on pupils and teachers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that my Department received an application in recent weeks for the provision of additional accommodation at the school referred to.

The application is currently being assessed by my Department and a decision will issue to the school directly as soon as this process is completed.
