Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of 2017 basic payments scheme, BPS, recipients with payment entitlements with an initial unit value less than 90% of the BPS national average by county; and the number in each county that have to date reached 60% or above of the BPS national average based on latest BPS data.
