I have considered the findings of the Task Force on Personalised Budgets and intend to publish its report in the near future.  The Government is committed to improving services and choices for people with disabilities and I am satisfied that the preferred option is to test the use of personalised budgets for adults with disabilities, in the first instance, as recommended by the task force.
