381. Deputy Michael Harty asked the Minister for Health when the legislation for the establishment of an independent board for the HSE, as recommended by the Sláintecare report, will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31395/18]

Subject to Government approval, I intend to publish the Bill to establish an independent Board for the HSE next week.
