415. Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health his plans to roll out electricity subsidies nationally to all chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD, patients that are available in certain CHO areas for patients that are using oxygen machines at home for more than 16 hours per day.
