View answerFollowing the submission of draft regulations to the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel, a number of complex legal and drafting issues were identified. My Department is currently giving consideration to the legal advice received and is engaging with the Attorney General’s Office to discuss solutions, with a view to implementing Regulations that are legally robust as soon as feasible.
