View answerThe International Protection Act 2015 came into effect on 30 December 2016. The Act reformed the system for determining applications and introduced a single application procedure. The table below details those persons in the protection process and how long they have resided in accommodation centres as at June 2018. For comparison, the corresponding data for June 2017, June 2016 and June 2015 is also supplied.
