1350. Deputy Darragh O'Brien asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government if he or his departmental officials have met with a company (details supplied); the number of times he has met with it; the dates of those meetings; the persons from his Department who were present at those meetings; the issues discussed at each meeting; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I met with representatives of this Company on one occasion, on 13 July 2017, to have a general discussion regarding accelerating the provision of housing, particularly mixed tenure/affordable housing, including rental housing. One of my Special Advisers also attended the meeting.

My Department's records are being checked in relation to any meetings that may have taken place at official level and a reply in this regard will be forwarded to the Deputy in accordance with Standing Orders.

A deferred reply was forwarded to the Deputy under Standing Order 42A
