View answerAs the Deputy will be aware, the Civil Service has a comprehensive suite of policies and protocols for the support and management of all staff. The details of engagements between individual staff members and Human Resources is strictly confidential but I am assured that the individual who is the subject of this Question is being given every consideration and support in accordance with the principles of natural justice and subject to the terms and conditions of their employment.
