116. Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Education and Skills when construction will commence on a new school (details supplied); when phase 1 of the construction project will be completed; when is it expected phase 2 of the construction project will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The school building project to which the Deputy refers is currently on site.

The initial phase is the construction of the new 8 classroom school. Unless there are any unforeseen events arising, this first phase is due for completion and handover in Quarter 2 2019.

The second phase is due for completion and handover in Quarter 1 2020.
