1234. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she will provide a copy of each declaration made since 1986 under Regulation 3(1)(a) of the European Communities (Wildlife Act 1976) (Amendment) Regulations 1986, SI No. 254 of 1986, or its equivalent. [45675/18]

I am arranging for my Department to provide the Deputy with the Wild Bird Declarations made under the European Communities (Wildlife Act 1976) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 since 1986.   The Declarations for 2018/2019 are available on my Department's website.
