Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he will publish the March 2017 report received from a company (details supplied) regarding the extension of concession agreements for the metropolitan area networks; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAn external report on extending or re-tendering the Management Services Entity for the Metropolitan Area Networks was completed by Norcontel in June 2016. This report proposed that the preferred option, based on the analysis, was to extend the current concession agreements. A redacted version of this report was released following a recent Freedom of Information request.
