173. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a GLAS payment application by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49871/18]
View answerThe person named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1 October 2015 and has received payments in respect of 2015 and 2016 and the 2017 advance payment. The 2017 balance payment was delayed due to issues relating to an inspection. These issues will be concluded shortly and the 2017 balance payment will then issue. Once the 2017 balance payment is made the case will move forward for processing of the 2018 advance.
