650. Deputy Darragh O'Brien asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the status of an invalidity pension application by a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [50258/18]
View answerThe gentleman referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 08 February 2018.
Payment will issue to his nominated bank account on 13 December 2018. Arrears of payment due from 08 February 2018 to 12 December 2018 will issue as soon as possible. The gentleman in question was notified of this decision on 03 December 2018.
