518. Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when a decision will issue on an invalidity review for a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [51666/18]
View answerThe lady referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 21 June 2018. Payment will issue to her nominated bank account on 13 December 2018. Arrears due from 21 June 2018 to 12 December 2018 less any overlapping social welfare payment will issue as soon as possible. The lady in question was notified of this decision on 10 December 2018.
