The person concerned has been awarded disability allowance on appeal with effect from 14 February 2018. This was the first Wednesday after the date of receipt of his original application. The first payment will be made by his chosen payment method on 6 March 2019.

Arrears of payment due will issue as soon as possible once any necessary adjustment is calculated and applied in respect of any overlapping payments.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
