Deputy Stephen Donnelly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 253 of 9 October 2018, the reason there has been no attempt to arrange a meeting since July 2018 with the family of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. I would wish to assure the Deputy that my office has previously been in correspondence with the person concerned in order to attempt to arrange a meeting. Unfortunately, it has not yet proved possible to set a date, however I can confirm that I remain committed to doing so.
