239. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Finance the estimated additional revenue that would be generated if the cost of renewal of a retailer off-licence increased from €500 to €700; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14149/19]
View answerI am advised by Revenue that the table below includes the total number of Retailers Off Licences issued during 2018, broken down by licence type. The table also includes the total duty collected for each licence type and sets out the additional amount that would be generated if the cost (per licence) was increased from €500 to €700.
