The person concerned received her child benefit payment until April 2019, when her payment was suspended following receipt of information that the children may no longer be resident with the customer.

A letter issued to her on 19 April 2019 seeking further information regarding the residence of the children. No reply has yet been received to this correspondence to date; once it has been received, the claim will be reviewed and a decision will issue.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
