Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 231 of 4 December 2018 and 529 of 26 March 2019, if the assessment of the caseload of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal which he requested is now complete; the outcomes and actions arising from same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
