Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the building of a new HSE nursing home (details supplied) in Dublin 24 has caused significant issues for residents living in an area; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that the construction of the nursing home is ongoing and the lights in the facility are being left on all night each night; the reason for same; and the amount the HSE is spending each week on electricity for the building.
