Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the case of a person (detail supplied) who received violent threats; the duty of care procedures his Department and the State Examinations Commission have in place for such incidents; the legal avenues he and the commission plan to explore and deploy in relation to the of violent threats received by the person; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
