Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Health if the options appraisal for the model 4 hospital at Merlin Park, Galway will be completed by the end of July 2019; the cost to date of the options appraisal process; the anticipated overall cost of the process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
