Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the number of meetings he has had with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government and his officials regarding the revised rural housing guidelines; and if he has made a policy submission regarding the issue. I can confirm that I have not had any meetings with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, or his officials, on the issue of revised rural housing guidelines. My Department has not made any policy submissions on this issue.
