2886. Deputy Darragh O'Brien asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the number of staff employed by the land development agency to date; the number anticipated at full strength; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32616/19]
View answerThe Land Development Agency currently employs 9 staff members, which will rise progressively in line with the expansion of its development lands portfolio. The expectation is that the Agency will have some 25 staff when fully operational. Staffing of the LDA will be focused on securing experienced personnel in the areas of planning, construction and development, project management, finance, procurement and law.
