View answerMy Department cooperates with the Department in question in an advisory capacity in relation to various payment schemes operated by it, and to measures to assist with conservation and preservation of the habitats and species. In 2016, my Department submitted a cross compliance report to that Department in relation to works carried out on the lands referred to in the question.
Questions relating to the status of those payments are a matter for that Department.
