Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of workers employed by his Department and in each office or agency under the aegis of his Department that earn less than the living wage of €12.30 per hour; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department is currently undertaking a major transformation programme and in light of this the information sought cannot be provided in the time allowed. As soon as the information has been collated I will write to the Deputy on the matter.
