Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Health the way in which response times have improved in counties Cavan and Monaghan as regards A Programme for a Partnership Government commitment to increase ambulances, EMTs and paramedics each year to improve response times; and the increase achieved in each year [44681/19]
