214. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the extent to which rent support is available in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [45969/19]

According to the records of my Department the person concerned does not have an existing rent supplement claim. It is open to the person concerned to submit an application by contacting the Rents Unit at PO Box 12188, Dublin 2, by phone [phone] or email [e-mail].
