Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government when the disclosures log made by his Department under freedom of information was last updated; if this is in line with the disclosure policy of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerIn line with the Code of Practice for Freedom of Information for Public Bodies and the Freedom of Information Model Publication Scheme, my Department publishes disclosure logs in relation to non-personal requests, on a quarterly basis. The most recent logs were published in October 2019 for the period July to September 2019.
