Deputy Jack Chambers asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the data sharing agreements his Department has in place with organisations that are not other Departments or State agencies; the purpose of these data sharing agreements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Further to the clarification provided by the Deputy in respect of this Parliamentary Question, I am advised that there are no Data Sharing Agreements in place between my Department and commercial entities or other private sector bodies whereby personal data is shared with them for their use.
