Deputy John Curran asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of cars clamped to date at the Luas Red Cow Park and Ride; the number of these appealed; the number of successful appeals; the number of vehicles clamped as a result of an error when entering the car registration when purchasing a parking ticket; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issue raised are matters for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) in conjunction with the Luas operator Transdev and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to TII for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
