346. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if the maximum State pension and free schemes are being paid to a person (details supplied); and if they are in receipt of all benefits. [52313/19]

The person concerned is in receipt of the maximum rate of State pension (contributory), together with fuel allowance, increase for living alone and telephone support allowance.

They are also in receipt of the Household Benefits Package and Free Travel.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
