Question:

426. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a matter in relation to successful candidates on the 2016 HBS recruitment panels for senior staff positions in physiotherapy, speech and language and other allied health professions that are now not eligible for new positions over colleagues that joined panels in 2017; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that successful candidates in 2016 have had their careers delayed by four years; if the matter is part of the policy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
