1155. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the position in regard to domiciliary care allowance in respect of two children in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [3138/20]

This lady was notified on the 29th January 2020 that her Domiciliary Care Allowance was awarded on appeal from the 1st June 2019.

Arrears due for this period issued with her February 2020 payment on the 18th February 2020.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
