180. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Education and Skills if the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that defects to a primary school building (details supplied) in County Cork built less than a decade ago that have been brought to his attention are attended to; if the issues are covered by the original bond entered into at the time of construction; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has requested the Project Manager who administered this project to submit detailed proposals dealing with various issues raised with the building. Upon receipt of these proposals my Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
