114. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the position in relation to a project (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17940/20]
View answerI refer the Deputy to Question No. 256 of 9 July. The position remains the same as outlined two weeks ago, the National Parks and Wildlfe Service secured €500K under the Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Scheme towards improving public access, including the provision of a new car park at the site in question. The contract tendering process is now nearing completion and it is intended to commence works shortly with a view to completion by the end of the year, weather permitting.
