173. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if the RSA Sláinte agus Tiomáint guideline which states Group 2 licence holders are not permitted to drive with complete loss of vision in one eye applies to HGV licence holders that lost their vision completely in one eye prior to passing their driver test and are current licence holders; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
