View answerThe pre-qualification procedures for the Main Contractor and Reserved Specialists is completed. Subject to approval it is expected that tender documentation will issue in October 2020, with Contract award after tender receipt and evaluation, and before the end of 2020. Construction work will take approx. 18 months to complete.
