Questions (773)

David Cullinane

Question:

773. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that nurses that answered the HSE Be On Call campaign and were placed in the health service are working on expired contracts; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that there are no standard entitlements to sick pay for such nurses; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service related matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy, as soon as possible.
