Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the reason a person (details supplied) was offered a place in Youthreach in Limerick to complete the leaving certificate but was refused a place thereafter; if this decision will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
