Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Justice the number of stamp 4 applications made by stamp 3 permission holders in each of the years 2016 to 2019 and to date in 2020 aged 18 and under 19 to 21, 22 to 25 and over 25 years of age, respectively in tabular form; the number of such applications granted; the number refused; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
