View answerAll Bord Bia schemes under the Quality Assurance programme have Technical Advisory Committees (TAC) whose specific role it is to review the technical requirements of the relevant scheme’s standard. The structure and membership of Bord Bia's technical advisory committees is a matter for Bord Bia.
