Deputy Francis Noel Duffy asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if An Bord Pleanála maintains electronic copies of some or all of its files for internal use; if An Bord Pleanála plans to provide online access to its files for public consultation; if so, when online access will be made available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The record management policy of An Bord Pleanála is a matter for the Board. Arrangements have been put in place by all bodies under the aegis of my Department to facilitate the provision of information directly to members of the Oireachtas.
