Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health if he will include in any proposed inquiry into the deaths at a nursing home (details supplied) in 2020 a specific term of reference to establish all the facts surrounding the decision by the HSE to become involved in the running and management of the home; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
