Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill asked the Minister for Health the status of the additional €10 million funding announced on 23 February 2021 to mental health services; the amount of this allocation that will go towards mental health supports in schools; if funding has specifically been allocated to CAMHS; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am, in collaboration with the Department of Health, currently giving consideration to the Government's announcement of an additional €10 million in funding to be made available to meet the increase in demand for mental health supports.
