481. Deputy Martin Kenny asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the reason for a delay in the Land Registry relating to the land transfer for persons (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16855/21]
View answerThe Property Registration Authority (PRA) has established a dedicated unit to investigate issues raised with them. While the required investigations can take some time to complete, the PRA expedites processing where they are notified of urgency relating to a case. The specified application has been expedited and will be processed without delay.
In relation to any specific cases with the Property Registration Authority arrangements have been put in place to facilitate the provision of information directly to members of the Oireachtas.
