Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of requests for emergency refuge from domestic violence that could not be met each month during 2020, by county in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Tusla, the Child and Family Agency has statutory responsibility for the care and protection of victims of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence (DGSBV). As the question relates to operational data, I have requested that Tusla responds directly to the Deputy on this matter.
