228. Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Transport if Transport Infrastructure Ireland plans to agree a memorandum of understanding in respect of MetroLink with a company (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21477/21]
View answerAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport. The National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for the planning and development of public transport infrastructure, including MetroLink.
